This apartment was a great find in the heart of Palermo, Buenos Aires. The location was
fantastic, and the apartment was very comfortable. I loved the gym and the pool! We
appreciated Silvana’s quick and helpful communication, as well as hospitality (including, as
many other guests have mentioned, her “welcome” bottle of wine accompanied by cheese
and crackers).
Best of all, at our request, Silvana connected us with a really talented
Spanish teacher, her adult son Franco Liotta, who provided (separate) private lessons to my
husband and to me. Franco came to the apartment on our schedule, and his rates were very
reasonable. Franco is kind, patient and brilliant. He has a deep understanding of the roots
of language, which he regularly weaved into his lessons. And, depending on his student’s
preferences, he was able to explain concepts in either English or Spanish (or, most likely,
other languages, though we did not test that!). Thank you, Franco and Silvana!
